Wear your reflective jackets etc now!

Important Tips To Stay Safe:

Always run facing the traffic
Always keep your wits about you and be alert to your surroudings.

Time/Distance/Pace Calculator We all want to know how fast, how far, how long we ran - but we just don't want to do the math!
Enter any two items (Time, Distance or Pace) and the units for distance and pace, and our calculator will compute the third. You might want to come here after each of your training runs or races to figure your exact split time for your distance.
